Claire Rotella

Claire Rotella (she/her), an Associate at Advance Collaborative, supports nonprofit client organizations with strategic fundraising initiatives. She specializes in executing individual giving donor strategies, preparing and implementing campaigns, and working within CRM databases to strengthen donor engagement. Claire loves learning about her clients and contributing to the unique ways they shape our communities.

Claire brings to this role a strong background in administrative operations and project management across sectors. Her previous experience in nonprofit development includes roles at the Park Avenue Armory, the Association of Art Museum Curators, and, most notably, Bard Graduate Center, where she managed all aspects of development operations, including day-to-day administration, donor communications, fundraising campaigns, board relations, and special events.

Claire holds a BA in History with a minor in Psychology from Haverford College. In her free time, she can be found exploring the city and attending as many live music shows as possible.
