Dani Lencioni

Dani Lencioni (she/her) is a Senior Director at Advance Collaborative, with expertise in creating and implementing institutional fundraising strategies and strategic plans for arts and culture, social justice organizations, and education organizations. 

Since joining Advance, Dani has worked with clients ranging from groundbreaking artist-led collectives to leading national changemakers. Her successes range from securing multi-million dollar grants and growing clients’ contributed revenue lines exponentially over long-term contracts, to developing unique, creative long-range strategies for organizations at critical junctures. Dani brings an efficient, adaptive, human-centric, equity-oriented approach to all collaborations. 

Dani has held fundraising, programming, and education positions at leading cultural institutions including the Whitney Museum of American Art, The Public Theater, and TheatreWorks, Silicon Valley, and received her B.A. from Santa Clara University. Outside of work, Dani makes music under the moniker Evelyn, and otherwise keeps busy with home renovation projects, honing her amateur sewing skills, and hiking with her dog.
