Erin O’Malley

Erin O'Malley (they/them) is an Associate with the Institutional Giving Team. Their wide-ranging experience across political organizing, higher education, and arts nonprofits and foundations includes community-centric fundraising, board management, major giving, grant management and strategy development for funders, partnership development, community outreach and engagement, and grant writing for organizations and individual artists. At Advance Collaborative, they support the development of deliverables, including work plans, proposals, reports, and donor and prospect outreach, as well as maintain project management systems and files for clients.

Prior to joining Advance Collaborative, Erin served as the Assistant Director of Development Affairs at NYU’s Stern School of Business. Erin holds a BA in Comparative Literature from the University of Pennsylvania and a Certificate in Fundraising Strategies from the Haas School of Business at University of California, Berkeley.
