Hannah Drobac (she/her) joined Advance Collaborative in early 2023 and has since supported a broad swath of Advance’s client organizations. Hannah specializes in development strategy (with a focus on individual giving and major gifts); the preparation and implementation of campaigns; and CRM management. She also works on Advance Collaborative's Client Success team.
Prior to joining Advance Collaborative, Hannah worked at a variety of mission-driven organizations, including serving in the development offices of Longy School of Music of Bard College (Cambridge, MA) and Atlas Performing Arts Center (Washington, D.C.). Hannah earned a Master of Music degree in vocal performance from Longy School of Music and a Bachelor of Arts degree in history, with minors in music and theater, from Middlebury College. In her free time, Hannah enjoys engaging in community-based performing arts, playing board games, and trying new recipes.
