Hannah Schenk

Hannah Schenk (she/they) is a Manager with the Institutional Giving Team. Collaborating with teams across the company, Hannah has effectively managed institutional fundraising for a variety of performing arts, education, and social change organizations. Her specialties are in grantwriting, organizational systems, funder communications, and strategic assessments. Using an equity lens, Hannah works to bolster organizations’ resources and systems so that they may more effectively and sustainably serve their missions.

Prior to joining Advance Collaborative, Hannah worked in community-based programming at The Public Theater and supported various arts nonprofits as a grantwriter, administrator, and producer. Hannah holds a B.A. in Drama and Sociology from Vassar College, where she studied the intersection of theater and social justice. Outside of work, Hannah creates collages, is a jigsaw puzzle enthusiast, and sings with a pop-up choir community centered around collective liberation.
