Jahnvi Madan

Jahnvi Madan (she/her) brings a dynamic blend of development expertise, community engagement, and arts administration to Advance Collaborative where she serves as an Associate on both the Business Development and Generalist Fundraising Teams. With experience spanning multiple sectors of the nonprofit world, she has worked in creative programming and communications, provided grant-writing support for small and mid-size organizations and individuals, and prior to joining Advance Collaborative, served as Development Associate at Seattle JazzED, managing key stakeholder relationships and building and executing data-driven fundraising strategies.

Jahnvi's appreciation for the Arts and commitment to Equity permeate her professional work. Growing up in Seattle, she formerly ran a community organization that built coalitions with state legislators and successfully advocated for policy change in response to issues facing marginalized youth in public schools. She holds a Bachelor of Music from New England Conservatory and was selected for the ACLU National Advocacy Institute, bringing to Advance Collaborative both proven fundraising results and a deep commitment to advancing mission-driven organizations.
