Taylor Schmuelgen

Taylor Schmuelgen (she/her) is a Brooklyn-based development professional, producer/curator, and former dancer. Prior to joining the team at Advance Collaborative, she was the Institutional Advancement Coordinator at The Kitchen where she worked collaboratively across all areas of the development team to streamline systems and raise crucial funds during a period of organizational transformation. She also served as the Manager of Development Operations at Gibney where she took the lead on data and workflow management and played a key role in increasing institutional support for the organization. 

Taylor holds a BFA in Dance with a Minor in Arts Management and Administration, as well as a BS in Kinesiology from The University of Texas at Austin. Outside of work, she produces THAT SHOW, a quarterly showcase of early-career performance artists, and enjoys running long distances, reading mystery novels, and seeing live performances across all disciplines.
