Victoria Antonini

Victoria Antonini (she/her) is an Associate, providing administrative and development support to a wide range of nonprofit organizations at Advance. With deep experience in fundraising, arts administration, and organizational operations, she helps mission-driven organizations strengthen their impact, build sustainable infrastructure, and cultivate meaningful community connections. 

Prior to joining Advance Collaborative, she served as Managerial Associate at Dance Lab New York, and has held roles at Paul Taylor Dance Company, Broadway Dance Center, and MNTR Management. Drawing on her background in both nonprofit management and the performing arts, Victoria brings a detail-oriented and collaborative approach to her work, helping organizations build effective systems and advance their missions.

Victoria holds a Master's in Arts Administration and a BFA in Dance from Indiana University Bloomington. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, puzzles, and has a newfound love for tennis.
