Will Blastos

Associate

Will Blastos (he/him) is an Associate on the Institutional Giving Team, working to support non-profit clients in the pursuit and management of government, foundation, and corporate grants. His professional background is in project management, program administration, and international development, and at Advance Collaborative he supports a broad range of client-facing work from the development of deliverables to project management to prospect research.

Prior to joining Advance Collaborative, Will was a Deputy Project Manager at Tetra Tech International Development Services where he supported the administration of multi-million dollar USAID-funded development programs in Georgia, Madagascar, Ghana, Kenya, India, and Malawi. Other previous employers include VICE News and the Center for Terrorism, Extremism, and Counterterrorism. He holds a Bachelor of Art in Russian Language & Literature from Middlebury College, where he also studied French, political science, and literature. In his free time, Will can be found reading (some favorites are Getting Lost by Annie Erneaux, Margery Kempe by Robert Glück, and Hadji Murat by Leo Tolstoy), top rope climbing, teaching himself the theremin, or cooking at home in Crown Heights, Brooklyn.
